Office Yoga by Dara Mind is designed to flexibly fit into busy schedules. We serve teams with live virtual yoga that can be done right from your desk. These sessions can range from 15 to 60 minutes, fitting even the busiest schedules.

These sessions are like a 'Lunch & Learn' combined with Office Yoga in one session!

Absolute beginners and those with mobility difficulties can find particular benefit in custom yoga. More advanced students wishing to deepen their practice can also find special benefit from custom yoga!
